Dear, Jeff Lowrance. You are a liar.

I am posting this in response to Jeff Lowrance’s update, which is posted on the First Capital Savings and Loan blogspot on February 13, 2008, courtesy of Ed Snook and the blog admin.

Jeff is partially correct in the rough estimate of how long I worked for him and the paper. What he has left out is that I electively stopped working for him because he failed to pay me for over 35 days and I refused to move forward until the remaining elements of the distribution program were set in place.

Just before I stopped working for Jeff, there was an incident where I was arrested by local police for a warrant on a fix-it ticket (which I had remedied a year prior) that was unlawfully mismanaged by both the Sheriff’s Department and an L.A. County Courthouse. I did not require bail, as they were only interested in fingerprinting and processing me, but my car was impounded. I had never before been arrested in my life.

Under the advisement of Ed Snook, I decided to get my property back by paying the impound fees and deal with the rest in Federal Court against the trolls who violated my Constitutional rights. Just one thing was missing. I desperately needed Jeff to pay me at least a partial on what he owed me as the impound fees were minor at that time.

By the time Jeff paid me any money, four weeks after my arrest and over 60 days since my last paycheck, the impound fees had risen to over a thousand dollars and I was unable to pay the conniving bastard cops who jailed my car in their own private lot.

I had a conversation with Jeff the day I received the partial, Saturday, December 8th. I told him what I received was only half of what was due to me. He promised to send “no less than $500” the following Tuesday. That was the last I heard from him until yesterday’s less than inspirational much-anticipated bologna and cheese update.

Dear Jeff Lowrance,

You are no Jerry McGuire. Cut the crap. Nobody appreciates your bullshit mission statement based on holier-than-thou moral judgments of others, chock-full of one excuse after another about why you are clean and all else involved in this is dirty. You have no Dorothy Boyd, nobody’s “with you”. You’ve walked out alone. If you think God is walking with you, you may be right. In Bible Studies I learned that God has a special place for retards like you.

I’d like to address a couple of accusations contained in your pointless dissertation. Please refer to Volume 1, somewhere around page 11 where you tell me that I should be ashamed of myself. You were frequently a humorous person to work with, but this requires a moment for one to compose herself.

Let us take this one question at a time:

1. Did you forget so quickly that I am the one who convinced you to work with Ed Snook in regards to Ed helping you get your car out of the control of the police?

“Forgetting” would require it to be true. Jeff, seriously? You suggested something to me that I had already done. I spoke with Ed earlier that day because Derick suggested Ed to me the night before when he called to see if I was okay after receiving this email that I sent to the both of you:

From USA Tomorrow

Maybe amnesia is the real issue here. Don’t you remember that by the time you “convinced” me to contact Ed, I had already spoken with him? Don’t you remember what you said once I told you I had spoken with him? “I was thinking to tell you to call Ed Snook today anyways.” Oh, I get it! Because you’re so tight with God, just you thinking it caused a chain reaction of divine intervention starting with you in Panama, God channeled it to me, therefore I owe you my eternal blind devotion that would never question your self-proclaimed authority nor hold you accountable for screwing up peoples’ lives. Oh, dang. I missed that part.

From USA Tomorrow

Jeff, what I needed from you, minimally as my employer, was for you to pay me for working for you. A few hundred of the three thousand you owed me would have done it temporarily.

From USA Tomorrow

I worked for you 10 and 12 hours a day, covered your ass, stood in your defense, sold your paper, worked double time to iron out issues the distributors were complaining about and you still throw me to the wolves. Don’t preach to me about loyalty.

You squawk about armchair Patriots, but what the hell do you really know about making positive changes in our country or in peoples’ lives? What have you accomplished? You managed to steal money from hundreds of people and you have done irreparable damage to the futures other Patriots who are on the straight and narrow. You are doing nothing but tarnishing Ron Paul’s name and the Liberty Movement. You have ripped off me, Derick, Earle, William, Josh, Brandon, Patrick… hm, who else worked on the paper, ED! You even lied to Devvy and now you are lying about the lie. I’m calling bullshit on you again. I read that email. You were selling First Capital.

You have swindled and abandoned everybody associated with the paper. We ALL stuck our necks out for you and you have the balls to say that “Eliza” should be ashamed of herself?! You are a freaking wacko. Consult the Bible on that one. I’m sure it says something like the assertion in my opening paragraph to you. It’s one of two things, Jeff; God either pities you for your emotional and mental handicap or God will damn you to the bowels of Tartarus with the rest of the criminals.

2. Was it not illegally impounded?

Yes it was illegally impounded. What is your point?

3. The last I recall, you have your car back, yes?

No, Jeff. I don’t have my car back. You didn’t pay me my wages so I could get it out before the impound fees were atrocious. Guess what you did for me. You turned a 35 day paycheck into a 60+ day HALF of a paycheck. So now instead of taking the advice of those whom I respect, I have to fight it the hard way. Thanks, Jeff. You are such the Patriot, oh and an exemplary employer. Did I mention that part?

4. Why? Didn’t Ed help you get your vehicle released and some charges dropped against you? I don’t recall all the details, but Ed did indeed help you and I recall you being very thankful for that.

Why, yes! I hold Ed with the utmost gratitude and respect for many reasons. I am extremely thankful for not only for the help he is providing me in this case, but also for his grounded guidance in how to deal with it. I’ve learned a lot from Ed in the few short conversations I’ve had with him.

How on God’s green earth do you lay ANY claim on Ed’s accomplishments? You get loonier by the minute, Jeff. Really, you need professional psychiatric help.

I am thankful for my involvement with the newspaper for a few reasons. I’ve met many interesting people, GOOD Patriots with good hearts and sharp minds that I hope to have life-long friendships with. Your crookedness has brought us all closer together. I’ve also learned how NOT to run a newspaper and the type of employer I do NOT want to be. An employee should never have to beg for their pay. It is so tragic that you orchestrated these lessons for us.

I can really care less what you have to say about me, Jeff. It’s your choice if you want to continue to slander me, but just know that it does you no good. I’m good with the people I’ve met, the relationships I built with Patriots nationwide. Do what you want. That’s between you and God.

One last thing I’m going to put to bed here is this lie that you’ve been spreading about me that I sold the program wrong. You’ve verbally slandered me to some of the distributors about this and now you’ve done it in print, so it’s worth addressing.

I had the program down just the way you trained me. It went something like this:

“Subscribers will pay $20 for 6 editions.”

“How often will the paper be printed?”

“We are shooting for every 4-6 weeks in the beginning until we fine tune operations. My publisher hopes to eventually print on a true monthly schedule, but we are new, so we are asking that you bear with us.”

“Oh, sure! The paper is great….”

Another aspect of the print schedule was that you required the distributors to engage into a 3 month commitment of buying no less than 200 papers per month. One of the big questions was, “If USA Tomorrow gets behind on its print schedule, will I be required to buy 200 of an edition I already paid for?”

I had to pull teeth to get you to answer this question. I finally cornered you on it and you had to concede not to charge them twice for an issue they already had.

Here are your words from an email you sent me on October 12th, verbatim, “No, the distributors will not have to buy 200 of the same issue. I am looking to be on the ball with these monthly editions.” And “I originally started with wanting to produce a new edition every 5 to 6 weeks, but now I see it is possible to do one new edition every month.” Are you suffering from amnesia again? Here’s the email:

From USA Tomorrow

How about from Carlos on October 10th? “Jeff said the paper will come out every month.”:

From USA Tomorrow

Jeff, you even sent out confirmation emails to subscribers, which stated that they should expect their “monthly” editions starting in a couple of weeks.

Even with this, you telling me the editions would be monthly, I still sold the program such that they would need to bear with us, to expect a new edition every 6 weeks. I knew I had to give us a cushion because you were so disorganized and refused to allow anybody to get the work done.

I’m glad you asked me whether I had contacted Ron about subsequent editions. Yes, Jeff, I certainly did. The first time I contacted him in September, he very bluntly told me that there won’t be a third until you paid him what you owed him. Another time I contacted him in December. It was just after I had gotten off of the phone with you. You had said that the 3rd as almost done, that we would print a special Christmas edition. I called Ron and he was totally in the dark, he had not received any material from you and that you and Ed still had some things to work out before a 3rd was ever to be printed.

Jeff, do you notice a pattern here? Are you really so delusional that you don’t get why everybody has turned their back on you? You are sick, Jeff and until you submit to that and make reparations to those you’ve harmed, your life will remain a living hell.

One last thing, Jeff. You have accused me of being an opportunist. Please explain to me where my opportunity is. I am not charging anybody to expose you as a fraud. I’m participating in these discussions for the sake of karma because I am guilty of promoting you and the fecal matter you call “financial products” despite the warnings that were right in front of me.

You still owe me $1500.

Cheers,

Eliza

Statement about Jeff Lowrance, First Capital Savings and Loan and USA Tomorrow Newspaper

Statement about Jeff Lowrance, First Capital Savings and Loan
and USA Tomorrow Newspaper

By: Devvy
February 2, 2009

As regular readers to this column know, I have been enthusiastically helping to promote a new newspaper which came out last year, USA Tomorrow. There were a couple of editions put out and I submitted a third column, but a next edition never materialized.

Let me make one thing very clear here: USA Tomorrow and The US~ Observer based in Oregon, are not connected in any way. They are not affiliates; they are two completely separate entities. US~Observer has a solid reputation for the past 17 years in exposing corruption at all levels of government, including the IRS and hard hitting investigations. Ed Snook owns the US~Observer. I bring this up because he is working to help Jeff's investors.

Jeff Lowrance was in St. Paul for the GOP Convention last September. I was there and finally met him and his people. All activity was directed at getting the newspaper out to the hotels and attendees of the convention. At that time, I knew Jeff was a currency trader. From what I know as fact, he is extremely talented at this and has made extraordinary amounts of money from trading. More money than you and I will ever see in a life time.

I knew little about Jeff's bank at that time except that while in St. Paul, he expressed a desire to help people losing their homes through foreclosure. Over coffee, we discussed the dire situation for home owners and he decided something like a bridge loan was in order. In fact, he showed me a flyer that was in the special convention issue of the paper for his bank to help home owners. Contact FCSL and let them help with an interim loan while working with lenders to stop foreclosure. This seemed like a good idea. At the time I knew nothing about his investors or the growing problem.

After returning to Texas from the convention, I heard rumblings that Jeff was slow paying some of his bills for the newspaper, but that he was committed to making it a successful venture. I also found out in October that he did not pay a writer as promised. I was extremely upset about that and got on the phone with him. Jeff said it was a mis understanding and that he would get this man paid. All new ventures have growing pains, but a person of integrity deals with them up front and openly.

In late October, one of my readers contacted me about becoming an investor in Jeff's bank, First Capital Savings and Loan. Since I knew so little about FCSL, I sent Jeff an email with some questions and here is how he responded, November 13, 2008:

1. First Capital S & L isn't listed as an active bank in New Zealand:

Jeff: "FCSL is not listed as an active “bank” in New Zealand because we are NOT a bank. We are a Finance Company. There are two kinds of financial institutions that an individual can purchase or be involved with there in New Zealand.

"One is the regular Banks that are regulated by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. The second is the offshore structure that the government allows, which is a New Zealand Finance Company.

"We can ONLY open accounts for clients that are NOT citizens of New Zealand. Outside of that, we can open accounts for any and all clients worldwide.

"The distinct advantage of a New Zealand FC is that I can be as private as I want. We are authorized by the NZ government, of whom regulates our rules of order, in that if another taxing agency from another country wishes to inquire about one of our clients, and they ask if that client has an account with us, we are allowed by law, to completely ignore the request. I like that and so do our clients.

"The place in which you can find us listed as First Capital Savings & Loan is on a New Zealand web site that hosts the listing of all Finance Companies. It slips me for the web address at the moment, but I will get that to you on Monday asap. It shows our incorporation date and our status as a Finance Company. We are in good standing, with no complaints, in over 1 ½ years of business.

"When it comes to converting US Dollars to Euros, we work with our correspondent bank in Amsterdam by the name of Postbank. Here is the page which shows that they are covered by the equivalent of our FDIC, namely the Deposit Guarantee System (DGS) in Europe:

http://www.registers.dnb.nl/dnb/default.ashx?folderid=2165&LanguageID=ENG&searchphrase=postbank

I think the biggest questions Charles has:

1. How long has First Capital been a fully operational entity? 1 ½ years.

2. Does First Capital provide full disclosure as far as assets?

"Jeff: Since I am purposefully trying to NOT disclose information to anyone, due to the very reason for having a NZ Finance Company is for banking privacy, I do not provide disclosure to clients. However, we do provide a full 3+ year trade record of the trading activity that we have accomplished. I have it attached to this email. We now have over 5,100 trades logged ever since we started recording each and every trade. Also, the gentleman that does the actual verifying of the emails showing all of the trades that we are triggering, has a one-page Letter of Testimony should you want that as well.

"Capitalization v debt load: Since we only pay-out to clients a small monthly dividend and keep all the profit above the spread on our trades, and since I have been running 4 years now, we don't have any debt to speak of. I simply overspent on all variety of things for the past 1 1/2 years and used up a large amount of profit to delegate projects to other people. Outside of that, there is no debt load to speak of. And, as far as capitalization, the $42 MM is the total of funds that have come into us over these last 4 years. We are trading from that principal amount.

"Depositors money: $42 Million on deposit

"Contingency back up: We have a Standby Letter of Credit that backs up all of our depositors money. The SLC is with a third party bank in Cyprus. We like Cyprus due to its banking privacy laws.

3 . How safe are your savings in First Capital? Here in the US as you know, they are 'guaranteed' by the FDIC.

"Does New Zealand have anything like our FDIC? Yes, but for banks under the Reserve Bank of New Zealand system. We hold our funds in Euros, and therefore have our accounts at Postbank. They have the Deposit Guarantee System in Europe, as I mentioned before.

"If not, is First Capital insured in some other way?

Jeff: See above answers.

"I hope that this helps. It is fairly straightforward. Also, to keep my exposure down, my FCSL ONLY gets involved with Forex Currency Trading. It is the business that I know and I have no interest in getting involved with mortgages, commercial loans or financing of any other kind. I don't want the exposure, especially in this financial climate!"

My reader asked my advice. Since I am not an investment counselor nor do I have any experience with FOREX trading, I simply told him to evaluate the information provided. People who do "off shore" banking do it for privacy and expectations of a higher yield for their money. If he wanted to invest, perhaps it would be a good idea to invest a very small amount of money, wait six months and if the returns were to his expectations, then he could decide how to proceed. This man decided not to invest.

It is my understanding that all of Jeff's investors were very, very happy with the returns on their money until June, 2008.

That was the last payout to almost all of the investors.

Ed Snook did assist a couple of them who were in dire straits, I believe, in August. He got Jeff to wire transfer some funds to help one of them from losing his home. A number of the investors have retained Ed to help them recover their principle and hopefully, the interest as well.

I wrote another piece supporting the efforts of USA Tomorrow on December 8, 2008. Two days later, the first bomb shell dropped. Several individuals who purchased distributorships ($195.00) for the newspaper began emailing me that they weren't getting the support they needed from Jeff's staff. I also heard some of what would snow ball about investors and Jeff's bank.

Jeff responded in a tardy fashion to my emails asking him to please help these people. He assured me his staff was working out the glitches and was fully committed to making sure those who bought the distributorships would receive proper guidance and to please be patient. From what I was beginning to find out, the alarms began to go off.

However, I believe if someone is making a good faith effort, try to work with them for a good resolution. About a week later, I got a run down about the First Captial investors and the missed payment date of December 5, 2008.

By January 10, 2009, I knew there was a serious problem that seemed to be growing.

The next promised date to return the investors money was Jan. 5, 2009. Jeff promised the investors. He flew to Oregon a couple of months ago, which I found out later, and enlisted Ed Snook's help to help him get his financial problems straightened out. This was a good sign. Jeff didn't skip the country. He seemed sincere, was laying it all out and how he wanted to save his reputation and make it right. Ed spent an enormous amount of time trying to help Jeff work things out and get some money to the most desperate investors. Something he didn't have to do because he's a third party in this whole thing.

On January 25, 2009, I learned of three blog sites being maintained by Jeff's investors:

http://www.firstcapitalsl.blogspot.com/

http://jefflowrance.blogspot.com/

http://jefflowranceowesusmoney.blogspot.com/

After reading them thoroughly, I just sat here at my desk wondering why? For someone who is so talented, why this terrible mess? Is it just greed? There was a conference call scheduled on January 29th for investors. I called in and listened, but did not participate in the discussion. It was quite apparent these people are clearly frustrated, some very angry and upset, as well they should be. One promise after another from Jeff, but no money.

Jeff Lowrance is in the State of Texas. He has not left the country or fled to a non-extradition country. It is my understanding from the documentation that he is continuing to trade everyday on FOREX. Why he refuses to return the money that legally belongs to these investors is the big question. After further discussions with former newspaper employees, some of them are still waiting to be paid. Considering the amount of money owed the investors is somewhere in excess of $25 million dollars, what's owed on the newspaper venture are small amounts, but the little guys needs their money, too.

What bothers me and Ed Snook is that it appears Jeff is still taking money from new investors for his "new" investment program. Since we have no access to his business records (no one does), we have no idea where that money is going. All of this is extremely distressing and it makes me sick. Jeff Lowrance has fooled a lot of people in a grand fashion. He has used people and because he makes no effort to correct the situation with the little people and the newspaper, I find that reprehensible. I have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but at this late date, I can no longer do that.

We all know the toxic environment out there for our economy. USA Tomorrow would have provided jobs as well as helping to educate our fellow Americans. These First Capital Savings and Loan investors believe Jeff used their money to fund the newspaper. Of course, no one really knows since there's no access to his business transactions.

Jeff Lowrance has the power to restore his good name and reputation by immediately paying those investors and anyone he owes money to on behalf of the newspaper. 'Good will' words are no good at this point in time. Too many promises never kept. Besides, where is all that money from his daily trading on FOREX going?

According to the latest post, January 31, 2009, on the first blog above, Jeff allegedly has made contact with Jay, who I understand is an attorney and an investor. Allegedly, Jeff has again promised to work with Jay to resolve that mess.

I sincerely hope that is true, but it doesn't take care of the little folks he owes regarding the newspaper. I have urged him in a email to do just that. Those who do understand FOREX trading tell me that his trades are making substantial pay offs. The number of local distributorships, as I understand it about 80. He can easily take what he makes from one day's FOREX trading and pay those debts as well as what he owes the printer and former employees who have quit.

Twice in the past 19 years have I been conned. Jeff represents number two. I feel horrible by what he has done. Not for myself, but for those who put so much work into the newspaper venture and for his investors in FCSL. We've all seen the horror story over the $50 billion dollar Bernie Madoff swindle. It's hard to trust anyone anymore - especially those who wish to invest their hard earned money.

Now that Ed Snook (The US~Observer) has put out his own warning and the investors have those blogs up for all the world to see, the only recourse for Jeff Lowrance is to work with all of them and make things right. I sincerely hope he chooses that path because it's out there now for the whole world to see. The alternative for him, as he well knows, is looking over his shoulder for the long arm of the law and his reputation trashed forever.

Jeff Lowrance - A Polished Con Artist?

US~Observer Public Service Warning

Jeff Lowrance – A Polished Con Artist?

First Capital Savings & Loan Debacle

By Investigative Reporter

Edward Snook

[February 2, 2009]

USA – “Panamanian” self proclaimed multi-millionaire Jeff Lowrance, who enticed and relieved investors from around the globe of over a reported 60 million dollars over the past four years, has recently exposed himself as a fraud. Lowrance could soon join the ranks of indicted and/or convicted scam artists Bernie Madoff, Jules Bernard Fleder, Jack Arnold Brown, Tom Miller (Gideon Group), Dennis Scholenberg (Ex President of Big Bear Bank – Big Bear Lake, CA), Frank Quattrone and Art Nadel just to mention a few.

Lowrance retained the US~Observer in September to protect him from angry investors who reportedly stated they were going to travel to Panama and “do him in.” Having done a considerable amount of business with Lowrance in 2008, I agreed to assist him, but only if he was open and honest with me about his investment program. Jeff signed a contract with me on September 18, 2008. On this date Jeff informed me that he had the complete principal of every investor who had money invested with First Capital Savings & Loan (FCSL) on deposit. Jeff agreed to provide this guarantee in writing. He also agreed to provide me with a complete list of his investors. After Lowrance’s usual procrastination, on November 10, 2008, I received his guarantee in writing regarding investor’s principal and we also received the client list around this time.

Lowrance owed me $150,000.00 but informed me on September 18, 2008, that he was broke and only had $185,000.00 left besides the investor’s principal, which according to Lowrance was in a fund that could not be touched until December 5, 2008, or he would lose a great deal of the money due to early withdrawal penalties. Lowrance assured me that he was re-financing some condos he owned in Panama and that he would be paying me from those funds. At this time I advised Lowrance that he should update his investors before they became any more inflamed. I also advised Lowrance that he should tell them he would have their principal returned by January 5, 2009, because it would take him some time to acquire the money and time to wire it to investors. Lowrance agreed and sent this information via email to all his investors.

As early as November the US~Observer began investigating Lowrance and FCSL. On November 14, 2008, Jeff sent an email to an impeccable source that he had $42 million dollars on deposit – we continued with our investigation. January came and went without one word from Lowrance.

On January 6, 2009, I was contacted by Carlos Almos, one of Jeff’s employees in Panama. Carlos stated that he had confronted Jeff about returning the investor’s money. He told Jeff that he couldn’t handle all the calls from angry investors. According to Almos, Lowrance informed him that he wasn’t about to return all the investor’s money and walk away without any money after 4 years of hard work. This coincides with the Observer’s firm opinion that Lowrance has millions tucked away that he doesn’t want to part with. Carlos Almos has since parted ways with Lowrance and he has informed the “King of Forex” not to contact him anymore.

Just days after January 6, 2009, the US~Observer sent a letter to all investors, giving them the opportunity to retain the Observer to go after the principal they had handed over to Lowrance. We gave this opportunity due to the fact that we had interacted with and became very much associated with approximately a dozen investors during the months of Sept., Oct., Nov. and December. In fact three investors had already hired us before we sent the letter out. A total of 64 investors have hired us out of a total of over 440 clients of FCSL.

A Ponzi Scheme?

A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to investors out of the money paid by subsequent investors rather than from profit. The term, "Ponzi scheme," is used primarily in the United States, while other English-speaking countries do not distinguish colloquially between this scheme and other pyramid schemes.

The US~Observer set the date of January 28, 2009, as the final date we would accept contracts from investors and on the 29th this writer had a phone conversation with Lowrance. I confronted Lowrance with the fact that I had received calls from two new investors of his – one investor told me that he invested $200,000.00 with Jeff in October under his new program and that this investor had just learned of Jeff’s severe problems with FCSL clients. At this juncture Jeff had been trying to tell me he was broke, while mentioning not one word about the funds he supposedly had on deposit, so I asked him, “What about all the money from your new investors?” Jeff stated that this money was all gone and he offered to show me spread sheets. I told him I wasn’t interested and I wasn’t interested in listening to any more of his lies.

This fact alerted me to the possibility that Lowrance had used “new investor’s money” to pay bills related to clients of FCSL, which would constitute a Ponzi scheme. Later in the day I received a call from Carlos Almos and I inquired about the new investor’s money. Carlos told me that he knew for sure that this money had been spent, but that he also knew that Jeff had a “lot of money somewhere.” I agreed with him and we ended our conversation, however I was left with one more piece of evidence pointing to a Ponzi scheme.

Facts About Jeff Lowrance

Everyone associated with Lowrance knows or should know that he is a pathological liar. According to numerous witnesses providing trading data, Jeff is currently trading large amounts of money successfully. Lowrance must have plenty of funds or he wouldn’t be able to trade…period. Jeff is no longer able to travel to Panama without being arrested for financial dishonesty. The FBI and other agencies have been repeatedly contacted and informed about Lowrance and they have done nothing to date about this mess to our knowledge. This could mean that they didn’t find evidence of a crime or they are simply showing incompetence as they have in other investigations the US~Observer has conducted, or Jeff is working with them.

Jeff has raised approximately $60 million dollars over the past 4 yrs. Lowrance has a total of 440-plus people who have invested with him, some investing their entire life savings, many of whom have been totally destroyed. Lowrance committed fraud against me on January 5, 2009, as he was supposed to pay me the approximate $150,000.00 that he owed me. He also committed fraud against 440 investors with FCSL by lying to them. It was my belief, and hope, as well as those working on this case with me that Jeff was simply trying to keep investor’s capital as long as possible to trade with and that he would return it when confronted on the 29th – This didn’t happen. Jeff’s brother Greg has stated, “Jeff will do nothing, will not pay out a penny, unless absolutely forced to, unless it is beaten out of him.” Get ready Jeff Lowrance!

Lowrance has committed fraud by selling “distributorships” to well over 100 people around the country. The distributorships were for people who wanted to make a “great supplemental living” from distributing Jeff’s now defunct newspaper USA TOMORROW. Jeff owes many employees their wages and some employee’s money they invested with him. Lowrance owes print and storage bills to businesses that extended him credit. Last but not least, Jeff Lowrance owes his lovely wife and son a huge debt for deserting them in Panama.

It was recently alleged that Lowrance made a “deal” with authorities to give them information on other investment programs and “off shore” investors (possibly his own investors) who are evading taxes. This is a possibility since Lowrance has been living in a motel room in Houston, Texas right under the watchful or maybe not so watchful eye of the FBI, who just happen to have a regional office there. If this is the case, those making such a deal with Lowrance can consider that their reputations will suffer irreparable damage once we find out who they are.

We could go on and on, however I think this article is a sufficient warning to anyone who is even remotely thinking about handing any money to Jeff Lowrance. The US~Observer has an ongoing obligation to expose corruption. We have kept this commitment for over 17 years and we have absolutely no intention of breaking it now – no matter who is hurt… People who Lowrance might target in the future have every right to know what type of person he is and the probability that they will never see their investment again.

Conclusion

Jeff Lowrance should immediately begin paying his investors what legally belongs to them. Until such time, the US~Observer remains committed to recovering the principal and interest owed to investors by Jeff Lowrance. If Jeff wants to reclaim his good name and reputation as a “Christian” man, he must make more than empty words as a good faith gesture. He must begin the transfer of funds to his investors who trusted and believed in him.

The Internet doesn't allow anyone to hide from their dishonest business dealings. While it is regrettable, the US~Observer will ensure the world wide web is kept updated with his actions, honorable or dishonorable.

Editor’s Note: The Observer will have much more on Jeff Lowrance and FCSL in the near future. Anyone with information about Jeff or any aspect of his activities, etc. is urged to send such information via email to crimestop@usobserver.com.

A word of warning to all people who are involved with Jeff Lowrance: Do not attempt to keep this issue away from government. While it is true that if the Feds get involved, investors will most likely never see a dime of their money, it is also true that to discourage anyone from going to the authorities when they believe a crime has been committed against them can be considered “Obstruction of Justice.”

10 Things You Should Know About Jeff Lowrance

This blog is intended to connect all former employees, distributors, vendors, subscribers, investors of First Capital Savings and Loan or Swiss Providence, and Patriots who intend to stop Jeff Lowrance dead in his tracks from taking money from any body else.

The chances are that if you are reading this blog you either have not been paid by Jeff Lowrance or you are researching him to assess whether to send him your money in some capacity.

Here are a few things you probably want to know about Jeff Lowrance:

1. No former staff of Jeff Lowrance has been paid in full as of today's date, January 30, 2009. Balances due to former employees range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars each.

2. Jeff Lowrance has redated old material from the 1st and 2nd editions and reposted them on the USA Tomorrow website to make it appear he has accumulated new material. The 2nd edition was printed in August of 2008.

3. Jeff has NO CURRENT NEWSPAPER STAFF. It appears that a 3rd nor subsequent editions will ever be printed.

4. We all were behind Jeff until he became late in paying us and failed to provide the very simple products he promised to his distributors.

5. To date, he has not issued refunds to any distributor or subscriber.

6. The newspaper was alleged by Jeff to be financed only by his personal profits through First Capital. The current evidence reflects a very strong possibility that the first two editions were financed by stolen investment funds.

7. Over 100 First Capital investors are angry that Jeff has held their funds since June of 2008. Some have stated they have waited for over a year.

8. Current estimates of return demands range from $25 Million to $40 Million.

9. Jeff continually breaks his deadlines to provide his former employees and investors with money & updates as to where their money is. Instead he emails them volumes of scripture when all they want to know is when they will be paid or he fails to communicate at all.

10. Jeff has launched a direct mail campaign which includes one or both of the newspapers along with a picture of Ron Paul holding up a copy of USA Tomorrow. Along with these items is an insert or some sort of flyer for First Capital Savings and Loan or Swiss Providence. I would encourage you to explore the First Capital blog before proceeding with sending him investment funds.
